Part 5


Although Mark knows that he should't have too high hopes for Christine now, Mark still wants to at least tell Christine that he has a crush on her. So he had been thinking hard on how and when to ask Christine out and confess his love to her. He went to ask some of his friends for advice too. So far, the best suggestion is to just call her out for awhile and just confess his love to her.

One night, Mark called Christine on the phone. Mark started off with a friendly conversation. And slowly, he went to the question of "Are you free on Sat/Sun/Mon"

Christine said she was not free on Sat and Sun. So he asked her to go out with him on Mon to catch a movie. Sadly, she insisted on asking more people to join them. So Mark did not continue with that topic. But after that conversation, Mark suddenly remembered what Sharon told him about not to let himself have too high hopes for her.
So he cooled off again.

On late Sunday night, their classmate(Darren) called Mark and Christine to talk on the phone together (Conferrence)(wadeva u spell it).

They so-called "talked" ALOT on the phone. Their talkings were singing! Their conversation became a singing competition.
After singing quite a lil, Mark asked Christine again, if she can go out the following day with some of our friends. Never did he expected, she said "I cant, i have a family matter to attend".

Mark did not feel disappointed. He knows that there is still some other time that he can go out with her.

Half way through the conversation, Christine read out loud some messages she had recieved. It was from the person she like. She said some things which led Mark wanting to put the phone down. But he did not do that. All he did was just let the conversation continued.

The next few nights, Mark did not sms or call Christine.

On Monday night, Mark dreamt that, Sunny confessed his love to Christine infront of him. And after confessing his love to her, he kissed her on the lips. Christine said "Oh my god" and just walked away.

Mark was quite furious after that because he knows that Christine do not have any feelings for Sunny, and Sunny kissed her without her permission.

Without hesitating, Mark ran towards Sunny and started punching him, and Sunny kept running away. When Christine saw the fight broke out, she shouted stop, but Mark just kept on whacking the hell out of Sunny.

But later on, he woke up. He tried to close his eyes and go back to his dream. But as he close his eyes, he let the events replay again in his mind. This made him wider and wider awake. So he never got back to sleep. On his bed, he thought that he should've pushed Sunny away when he tried to kiss her. So nobody will be injured. But luckily for him, it was only a dream.
